If both parties live abroad and the Indian courts where you're eligible to file a mutual divorce case are not conducting online hearings, or you can't nominate anyone to appear on your behalf, you can file a mutual divorce case in the country of your current residence.

We assist in validating your mutual divorce agreement drafted by your foreign lawyer. This ensures the divorce decree complies with Indian laws and avoids future legal challenges. Our validation service costs only Rs. 10,000 INR. To proceed, provide your details by filling out our NRI Divorce form.
