Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: March 2026
Please read this policy carefully before making any payment to NriDivorceOnline.com.
Our fee structure is milestone-based, meaning each payment corresponds to a defined
stage of work. Once work on a stage has commenced, the corresponding fee is
non-refundable.
1. Fee Structure
The all-inclusive fee for NRI Mutual Consent Divorce is ₹80,000,
payable across four milestones:
- Stage 1 — Case Initiation: ₹2,500 (non-refundable)
- Stage 2 — Petition and POA Drafting: ₹17,500
- Stage 3 — Court Filing and First Motion: ₹30,000
- Stage 4 — Second Motion and Final Decree: ₹30,000
Each stage payment is due only after the preceding stage has been completed.
You are not required to pay for subsequent stages until you are ready to proceed.
2. Cancellation
You may discontinue the process at any time by notifying us in writing at
legal@nridivorceonline.com.
Cancellation takes effect from the date your written notice is received.
Any stage for which work has already commenced at the time of cancellation
will not be eligible for a refund.

place, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion on written request
within 15 days of the filing date.
d. Stage 4 — Second Motion and Final Decree (₹30,000)
