Thank you for choosing NriDivorceOnline.com. This policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are applicable for consultation and legal services. Please review this carefully before making any payment.

1. Cancellation of Services

• Consultation Services: You may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours in advance.
• Informational Resources: All articles, guides, and legal content are free—no cancellation required.
• Hearing Scheduling: You may cancel a scheduled court hearing up to 24 hours before the allotted slot.

2. Refund Policy

a. Consultation Refunds

• Video Call: Refund of ₹1,000 if cancelled at least 24 hours before.
• Office Consultation: Refund of ₹2,000 if cancelled at least 24 hours before.

b. Informational Services

No refunds apply—these services are free.

c. Mutual Divorce Case Fee (India)

• The first 2 payments (₹1,000 + ₹9,000) are non-refundable.
• If no hearing is scheduled after the 3rd or 4th payment and a refund is requested within 30 days, a refund of ₹10,000 is issued.
• No refund applies if:
  • No hearing is scheduled within 30 days & no refund is requested.
  • A scheduled hearing is cancelled by the client.

d. NRI Mutual Divorce Case Fee

• The first 2 payments (₹1,000 + ₹9,000) are non-refundable.
• Refund of ₹12,500 if the 3rd/4th payment (₹25,000) is made and no hearing occurs within 30 days.
• No refund applies if a hearing is cancelled or no request is made within 30 days.

e. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.

3. Exceptions

• No-Shows or Late Cancellations: No refunds apply.
• Consultation Satisfaction: Refunds cannot be issued based on expectations or outcomes.
